Agape' Care Community (ACC) is a Skilled Nursing, Home Healthcare and Personal Care Agency servicing Denver, Colorado and the surrounding Metropolitan areas.

ACC is licensed by the State of Colorado, certified by Medicaid and Medicare, is accredited by ACHC (Accreditation Commission for Healthcare, which is a Medicare deeming authority for Home Healthcare.  Accreditation is regarded as one of the key benchmarks for measuring the quality of a healthcare organization, along with its products and services.

ACC accepts several types of insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, VA and others.  

The agency places great emphasis on veterans within the community, who are provided services through the Veteran's Administration (VA).  Eligibility status and required services will be determined by the patient's physician and the insurance provider, in accordance with the patient's specific needs.
